Fees and Payment Policies

Several factors determine the fee for periodontal, especially the complexity of the situation. You will be informed of the fee for any anticipated procedures before treatment is started.

For your convenience, our office works with a large number of dental insurance companies. We will gladly process your insurance claim, as well as estimate your deductible and the portion of your treatment not covered by your insurance. We ask that you pay the portion of costs not covered by your insurance at the time of treatment.

When payment from your insurance company is received and applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you and any overpayment will be promptly refunded. Please remember, you are responsible for any cost not covered by your insurance company. If your insurance claim is denied, you are responsible for the full amount of the treatment.
