The purpose of this website is to inform visitors about my practice and the specialty of dentistry called periodontics.
First of all, periodontics means around (peri-) the tooth (-odont). In other words, it is the study and practice of preserving the gum, ligament and bone that support teeth and dental implants.
Periodontal plastic and reconstructive surgery is devoted to regenerating lost bone and gum tissue around teeth and improving esthetics of the gums.
Dental implants are titanium permanent tooth replacements.
